Your opinion on the new BIM Mensa

The new BIM Mensa opened this semester, and we wanted to know what you think of it. From 20 October to 7 November, we asked you students for any feedback. For all 70 of you that answered, thank you!

It is important for us to get some idea about what the general opinion is and to hear about incidents or special situations. Using this information we can more easily make a a case and better represent the opinion of informatics students in front of the university.

    • I love it there! Best food at whole UZH and cozy vibes! I am amazed and so grateful

    • Portions are too small, but menu is mostly good and space is nice and modern

    • If you could ask for bigger portions, that would be amazing. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn‘t

    • The food does not taste good, and is not properly cooked. Pasta is usually overcooked and meat dishes taste like cardboard. Prices are too high for the food quality.

    • I think the meals are great in terms of quality but the portion size is not really matching the price, especially with add-ons. Like 1 small pork belly piece for 4 CHF is just insane
