Boating Trip x Alumni🚣

Join us for the second edition of our exciting new event series! UZH Informatics Alumni and ICU members will enjoy a fun rafting trip down the Limmat River in inflatable boats, ending the evening with a cozy Grill’n’Chill around the fire.

What to expect:
We will meet at 5:00 PM at Wipkingerplatz, where we’ll gather by the stairs leading down to the Limmat. Together, we’ll inflate the boats at the river entry point before starting our relaxed journey down the river. Over the course of about two hours on the Limmat, we’ll enjoy the weather, take time to swim, relax, and get to know each other. Once we reach the exit point in Dietikon Glanzenberg, we’ll end the evening with a cozy Grill’n’Chill around the fire, complete with sausages, bread, beer, and soft drinks.

🛟 Mandatory: A life jacket is required for each person by law. Please bring your own to the event. You must also be able to swim from the middle of the river to the shore on your own without any flotation devices. More information about the route can be found in the picture below.
